Current status of HB 19-1312 as of today: The second reading in the House was laid over again. It will most likely be scheduled for Monday, April 22nd. The third reading (date TBD) will then include a vote on the House floor.
Your part: If we want to defeat this bill we MUST stay active to oppose it. Call and email all Representatives and voice your opposition. Also, plan to attend the Senate hearing (date TBD) and prepare to present testimony. Visit the action page for detailed help on following these steps.
