**Update on 3/9/16: The second reading has been postponed again to 3/10/16.**
The second reading for the proposed bill, HB 1164, has been postponed to Wednesday afternoon (March 9th). It will be read on the floor of the House Legislature (see schedule here); public testimony is not permitted, but the gallery will be open to the public to attend.
