**Update on 3/9/16: The second reading has been postponed again to 3/10/16.**

The second reading for the proposed bill, HB 1164, has been postponed to Wednesday afternoon (March 9th).  It will be read on the floor of the House Legislature (see schedule here); public testimony is not permitted, but the gallery will be open to the public to attend.  You can also view live feed of the legislative sessions here.

If you haven’t done so yet, please contact your legislator and voice your opinion on HB 1164.  Your phone message (most effective) or email can be as simple as, “Please let Representative Smith know that I urge him/her to strongly oppose HB 1164 because it encroaches on personal privacy and freedom.
