Planning for the CHEC Conference

The Rocky Mountain Homeschool Conference is only a few days away, and we’re getting excited! Below are few tips for making your conference experience a relaxing weekend.

Registration

It’s not too late to register! Our simple online process will allow you to go straight into talks, shopping, and fellowship without waiting in line to register at the door. 

Registration is now closed.

Already registered? Simply make your way to the CHEC welcome booth at the front of the Mart and pick up your nametags. It’s as simple as that!

Location and Hotels

We’re located at the Denver Merchandise Mart on the Northeast corner of I-25 and 58th Avenue. Plus, we’ve arranged for a special conference price at the central Denver Quality Inn. Make sure to request the CHEC rate when you make your reservation.

Schedule

My family has found it helpful to go through the schedule beforehand and circle the talks we want to attend. Sometimes, we’ll divide and conquer to catch more from our favorite speakers. So many options! And if you can’t catch one, the Resounding Voice booth is happy to provide a CD copy for you to enjoy later. We’re also running a special on pre-ordered conference recordings, including Dr. Tripp’s Shepherding A Child’s Heart and Instructing A Child’s Heart seminars. Food

The Mart provides a cafe, snack, and coffee carts as well as several vending machines. There are also several great restaurants around the area within walking distance. For more information, feel free to stop by the registration desk for maps and recommendations.
