4 Reasons to Join a Homeschool Group
Why join a homeschool group? Here are four reasons from the newly updated Colorado Homeschooling Guidebook, chapter 9, “Homeschool Groups.”
The Need for Support in Homeschooling
- The need for encouragement and support along the journey is one thread that binds all home educators together. According to one dictionary, support means: “To bear; to sustain; to uphold; to prop up; to keep from falling or sinking — as the stem of a tree supports the branches.” So where and how can you find this support?
Homeschooling Different Learners
Can a struggling or different learner be effectively homeschooled? The answer is yes! To help equip you for this unique calling, we’ve included a excerpt from “Different Learners,” Chapter 8 of the newly updated Colorado Homeschool Guidebook.
Homeschooling Different Learners

They really influenced my thoughts on education until my firstborn turned five years old, and I realized I wasn’t ready to have someone else start teaching him the things I was already having so much fun teaching. Six children and three states later, I was totally committed to home education and even more, to home discipleship.Read More
