Dear Colorado homeschool families,
The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) is attempting to make law by changing their rules and forcing the usage of the “department’s standard” immunization exemption forms. (The legislature has repeatedly refused to require the use of CDPHE’s form.) They are giving you until August 26th to provide feedback on this attempt. Please, join us in taking action!

Which World?
“Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.” Romans 12:2

Happy Independence Day!
“Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.” 2 Corinthians 3:17b
In the 18th century, a Scottish historian observed that democracies were temporary in nature and followed a distinct progression: from bondage to spiritual faith; from spiritual faith to great courage; from great courage to liberty; from liberty to abundance; from abundance to selfishness; from selfishness to complacency; from complacency to apathy; from apathy to dependence; from dependence back into bondage. The United States of America seems to be following this progression and is close to being put into bondage once again. Yet, we were given a Constitutional Republic, not a democracy, by our forefathers. This difference is significant. CHEC quickly went to work to get the word out.
