We love and support our local group leaders because they are the backbone to a healthy homeschool community across the whole state. We believe parents are the best to teach their children, and as group leader we want to empower you to cast that vision!
Join other group leaders from across the state for this unique conference specifically designed for group leaders in the homeschool community. Bring your spouse, your leadership team, and your challenges that you need help brainstorming!
Like you, we believe parents are in the best position to teach their children. Through speaker sessions, round table discussions, and plenty of networking and fellowship time, you’ll be equipped with biblical skills that will help you grow in your leadership.
This two-day overnight conference is a benefit only for groups that are currently active in the CHEC Homeschool Group Network:

- If you are already part of the CHEC Homeschool Group Network, be sure to register now and share this event with your team!

2026 Group Leaders Round Up Details:
- Date: January 16-17, 2026
- Friday: 6pm-9pm
- Saturday: 9am-4pm
- Location: The Hideaway Inn & Conference Center
- 3805 Walker Road, Colorado Springs, CO 80908
- Cost: $120 per person
- Early Bird Price (increases to $135 after December 12, 2025)
- Includes overnight lodging & 3 meals.
- Spouses sharing a bed will receive a private room. Other guests will receive their own bed with a shared room and bathroom.
- Registration is open for all group leaders, leadership team members, and spouses for groups that are currently active in the CHEC Homeschool Group Network.
CHEC is able to subsidize the cost of this event because of the generosity of families who support our ministry financially and our sponsors.
Here is What to Expect:
Friday Evening 6-9pm
The doors open at 4pm, leaving plenty of time to settle before our 6pm dinner where you’ll connect with fellow leaders from across the state. Our Keynote Speaker, Kevin Swanson will kick us off as we hope to inspire your leadership journey. We are building in time for small group discussions and fellowship too!
Saturday 9am-4pm
Begin the day with breakfast and fellowship before diving into a series of dynamic sessions designed to strengthen your leadership and your community impact. Hear from experienced homeschool leaders and ministry speakers who will share insight, encouragement, and practical wisdom.
You’ll have the opportunity to choose from focused workshops that address topics of interest to you.
Throughout the day, you’ll connect with other leaders, exchange creative ideas, and leave equipped to serve your families well!
