Can you tell us a little about yourself and your family?
I’m a homeschool grad and I live with my parents, Bill and Karen, and two sisters, Amy and Esther, in my favorite little town in America: Lee’s Summit, Missouri, just southeast of Kansas City. My elderly aunt Mary and my grandmother Frances also live with us, along with two dogs (a maltese and an Australian shepherd poodle mix) and two birds (both cockatiels).Read More

Update on Immunization Exemption Forms
At the end of June, the Board of Health (BOH) held a rulemaking meeting at the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE). They revised the rules (6 CCR 1009-2) covering nonmedical immunization exemption forms. Although a bill to clarify the requirements for the nonmedical exemption statement failed this past session, the BOH did remove the egregious word “official” from their rules.Read More
