“You have all poured out on our behalf and we are so grateful to God and to you all for the incredible journey this has been! Thank you so much for all you have given.” – A single homeschooling mom
Every year, the Casterline Banquet offers encouragement to the hardworking widows and single moms who have taken on the noble task of homeschooling their children! This year, the banquet was held October 23rd in Parker, Colorado.
The moms were treated to a beautiful candlelight dinner …
… and much-needed fellowship
Shopping in the bookstore … you never know what you might find!
Steve Craig and Bill Roach shared encouragement.
And the evening was wrapped up with an uplifting message by Todd Strawser.
We’re grateful for Casterline Fund, which enables people like you to support struggling homeschool moms right here in Colorado.
The Casterline Fund was started by Nancy Casterline, a single homeschool mom who knew how much encouragement helps. Larry and Nancy Casterline volunteered for CHEC for many years and served on the Conference Committee in 2001 when Larry passed away in his sleep the night before the conference.
Today, the Casterline Fund:
- Aids single and widowed moms with purchasing curriculum
- Covers Independent School enrollment and event costs
- Sponsors the yearly Casterline Banquet
