The Exhibit Hall will be available for setup on Thursday, from 8a.m. until 4:45p.m. Denver Merchandise Mart has three street level, and three truck height loading docks for easy hand-truck or rolling-cart access.

All booths must be completely set up by 4:45 p.m., Thursday evening. Vendors who have not checked into the Exhibit Hall by 3:45 p.m. on Thursday evening will forfeit their space with no refund, unless prior arrangements have been made.

Please Note:

Denver Merchandise Mart does not allow children under the age of 10 in the complex during set-up and dismantling.
