Welcome!
Set Up and Extended Vendor Hall Hours
Set up will start Thursday morning at 8 am, with over three hours of shopping that evening from 4:30pm – 8pm. On Friday the exhibit hall will be open from 9:45 am to 7:30 pm, and on Saturday from 9:45am to 5:30pm.
Vendor Badges
Each booth space includes two (2) vendor badges that cover admission to the entire conference. If you have 2 booths you will receive 4 badges. Additional badges may be purchased for the regular conference price after February 1 (date may be subject to change). Vendors may purchase badges for their children for $10.00 each. Children's badges will not be valid outside the exhibit hall and may not be worn by other workers.
Vendor badges may be used by different shifts of workers, but everyone working at your booth at any given time MUST be wearing a badge. Vendor badges will be imprinted with your company name.
Vendor Demonstrations ($45)
A limited number of vendor demonstrations are available, therefore each vendor will be limited to two (2).
This year we are offering the option of having your vendor demo in the exhibit hall. The area we have set aside for this is marked on the map; it is near the food court. You will be able to choose whether you would like your demonstration in the workshops room or in the hall. Demonstrations will be recorded for quality control purposes, but will no longer be included in the whole conference recordings. For an additional $100, you may have your demonstration professionally recorded and edited by Broad Reach Recording (BRR). You
may then reproduce it yourself, or you may contract directly with BRR for onsite reproduction with no CHEC involvement.
Requests for demonstrations that have all paperwork and payment submitted will be assigned on a first come first served basis. Demonstrations will not be processed until all paperwork and payment are submitted.
Vendor Demonstrations requests will not be accepted after February 28th due to assignment and publication deadlines.

If you are unable to book a room at the Comfort Inn, we recommend the Holiday Inn Denver Central (1-800-448-2296). In the past, they have bent over backwards to run timely shuttles and take good care of our vendors.
