Vendor Badges

Each booth space includes two (2) vendor badges that cover admission to the ENTIRE CONFERENCE! If you have 2 booths you will receive 4 badges. Additional adult badges may be purchased for the regular conference price after February 1 (date maybe subject to change), or exhibit hall only badges may be purchased at the conference. Vendor badges may be purchased for vendor's children for $TBD for each. Children's badges are not valid outside the exhibit hall and may not be worn by other workers.

Vendor badges may be used by different shifts of workers, but everyone working at your booth at any given time MUST be wearing a badge. Vendor badges will be imprinted with your company name.

Children

Denver Merchandise Mart does NOT allow children under the age of 10 in the complex during set-up and dismantling periods.

All children must be adequately supervised at all times and wear a vendor badge. Children found unsupervised in the facility will be returned to their parents with a verbal warning. After three verbal warnings from the Vendor Chairman, the vendor will be asked to leave the conference.

Attendees' children are not allowed at the conference on Friday so vendors' children must be in the booth with supervision at all times. Vendors' children will be allowed to shop and walk around the Exhibit Hall on Saturday, provided they are supervised (accompanied) by an adult at all times.
